R.I.P.  Rest In Peace

This list of names of Musicians who have inspired us to be creative, or increased our self esteem,  told us to stand up for ourselves or even others through their lyrics and music.  To question authority or simply to entertain us through their music. Or to have even inspired us to have picked up a guitar, or taken up the drums. We made this comprehensive list to remember those who are now gone, R.I.P. Rest In Peace.

We created this website to showcase not only how Metal has started, but how it has affected our lives, how it has become a passion to most of us Metalheads. Read more here about us.

Some names we have forgotten, or simply because some of us weren't around back then. If it weren't for these people listed, most of us still wouldn't have been inspired us now. So we wanted to create a list of musicians who have passed. To ensure they get the proper respect and honor they deserve. R.I.P.
